If you're looking for a class III trailer hitch for your 2007 Toyota Sienna, either the etrailer # e98837 is going to offer the most ground clearance. This is especially important when considering hitch mounted accessories like bike racks, cargo carriers or ball mounts.

Measuring from the ground to the top inside edge of the receiver tube opening, # e98837 will offer approximately 11-1/2". On the other hand, the Curt # C13105 offers 10-1/4" and the Draw-Tite # 75237 only offers about 9-1/2".
