Is this hitch compatible with vertical bike racks? The Curt one is not.

Hey Louis, thanks for stopping by! Since the Curt # C13105 and the etrailer # e98837 are basically the same hitch, it also is not going to be compatible with a hanging bike rack.
Since this appears to be a trend with these bike racks, then I'd suggest using a platform rack like the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # HLY84FR which does not suspend the bikes.
This bike rack can accommodate up to two bikes weighing up to 80 lbs each, can work with up to a 5" wide tire, and can also be used with motorhomes.
