There are a number of similarities between the Draw-Tite # 75237 and the Curt # C13105. They both install onto your 2018 Toyota Sienna in the same way and have a similar look to them. Their capacities are different, with the Draw-Tite being higher, but the Curt is also rated more than you're van so that really isn't a factor.
I went out to the warehouse and took a couple measurements to compare the two. The Draw-Tite will sit a little higher off the ground by about an inch but they'll both be at the same place as far as where the tube sticks out of the bumper. Also, the Draw-Tite has larger safety chain loops and the bracket for a trailer wiring connector to be mounted.
Between those two I would go with the Draw-Tite mainly for the ground clearance. With that being said, neither of them are my top choice for your van. Instead I would pick the other Draw-Tite hitch, part # 76112. The main reason is because I like the cleaner look of the hidden crosstube. All you see under the van's bumper is the receiver opening. There's a couple other hitches for your van that're this style but the etrailer.com hitch beats them out for ground clearance as well.
