This hub-and-drum assembly meets the requirements for certification by the Canadian Standards Association (CSA). The CSA creates standards, which when complied with ensure a safe and quality product. This assembly underwent extensive testing to measure stopping distances when braking. This assembly has also been tested by QAI for braking performance in a complete automotive setup and under real-world conditions to provide the most realistic scenario for the everyday driver.
The first number in the bolt pattern is the number of bolt holes. The second number denotes the diameter, in inches, of the circle on which the bolt holes sit.
On wheels with an even number of bolt holes, measure from the center of one bolt hole to the center of the hole directly across from it. (Example: 8 on 6-1/2 means 8 bolt holes with 6-1/2" from the center of one hole to the center of another on the opposite side.)
To determine the bolt-circle diameter on wheels with an odd number of bolt holes, measure from the center of any bolt hole to the point halfway between the two bolt holes directly across from the first. (Example: 5 on 4-1/2 means 5 bolt holes with 4-1/2" measured to a point halfway between the opposite bolt holes.)
Measuring the distance (D) from the center of one bolt hole on the wheel to the center of a bolt hole right next to it can also help to determine the bolt pattern.

Install this hub-and-drum assembly on your trailer. Compatible with electric or hydraulic brakes. Fits 5,200-lb and 6,000-lb axles. Inner bearing (25580) and race, outer bearing (15123) and race, grease seal, grease cap, and lug nuts included.Units fit well, drums are made in China, but I expected that given they are $100 less than the dexter units (who knows maybe dexter is made in China also). They did take a beating in delivery, one bearing was popped out (still in the bag) and all 4 rear grease seals popped out as well, but no damage to the actual assembly... I gave the 4 stars due to the China part..
I called and Kurt helped me through my order to ascertain the correct parts for our trailer. the order arrived in a very timely manner, and the parts were very well packed. It took no time to fit the brake set as everything fitted well, brakes are great.

Sales rep all but guaranteed these were made in the USA by Dexter for etrailer, CHINA is cleverly hidden INSIDE the drum. They are not made in the USA, but CHINA doesn’t ALWAYS mean junk. Time will tell, but the last set of China drums were destroyed in one year. 2012 Ram factory controller set at 3.5 empty, 6.5 loaded around 9k. 20’ enclosed car trailer.
The three wheel hubs delivered were the wrong ones. I ordered 6 lug configuration and received 5 lug and they were delivered a day later than the confirmation email stated. Frustrated because I was on a deadline to get my trailer back on the road and will now have to make an extra trip to where I have the trailer stored to complete the repairs. The call agent was quick to place a replacement order but they still took a week to arrive.

So far so good! Very easy to install. I put them on my 2013 ice castle and have driven roughly 800 miles on them so far and everything is working great.
3 of the 4 boxes were busted and retaped one adjuster was loose but luckily still in the box. The shipping leaves alot to be desired.
This is a great product. I purchased the entire hub assembly for only a few dollars more than the parts needed to repair my old hub . Great pricing! The product arrived as scheduled. It fit perfectly. I will buy from them again. I recommend them to anyone looking for high quality parts at a good price.

I just received the two boxes of drums that I'm going to use to put brake on both axles. The UPS delivery driver said that one of the boxes was beat up and there may have been parts lost. It was packed with plastic cap over the outside bearing that prevented the bearing from coming out. GOOD job! Now if you can get away from "made in china" I'd be a lot happier. Additional cost of made in AMERICA for be worth it.
I have received 4 hubs and they were delivered Undamaged. I’ve installed 3 thus far. They fit perfectly. As soon as I get the forth one installed I’ll take the trailer out and test them. So far so good.

Good. Went on a trip last year after installing the the hubs. 24000 miles and 5 months. They performed great.
Exactly what I needed and easy install.
Fit like a glove.
This is a Spare Hub for my Car/Equipment trailer .When not if you have a bearing Failure just change the Hub, no need to try to beat gaulded bearing Races out on the side of the Road !! But if its a easy Bearing Change they are included with this Kit .
It replaced the old drum and hub, electric brake assemblies, it was an exact fit. The outer bearing race was loose in the old hub drum assembly, that was the reason of my repair endeavor. I am very happy with the service I received from Etrailer.com... Thanks George J. for your effort in getting the replacement parts to me. I am considering doing right side of my axle for the sake of uniformity, as am writing this review!
Trailer hub and drum assemblies purchased to replace original units on a 2002 tandem wheel boat trailer. The assemblies were quality units that fit perfectly, installation was easy.
Very well made. Good fit and installed easily. Comes with new grease caps and lug nuts. Used these in conjunction with new brake assemblies. No problems and performs well. Would recommend these to anyone.
Nothing fancy, but exactly what I needed to replace the trailer hubs on the trailer. Have pulled the trailer close to a 1,000 miles and no problems. Thanks etrailer for the great products.
Haven't put them on yet but everything matched up except the rear bearing and seal. I have an older trailer and the axels are different the old bearing still fit just fine in the hub. The delivery time was very impressive. When I get the trailer done I'll post some picks.
I am very pleased with the Loaded backing plates, drums, bearings and tandem axle hanger kit. All appear to be better quality than what came on the trailer originally

The reason that it gets confusing, is because some of the parts are manufactured in China, while they are assembled here in the USA.
