Hey Ethan, while I don't know exactly what info you are looking for I can tell you that the #42 spindle you have referenced part # TRU37FR is correct for a 5,200 lb axle. Then for a hub/drum you'd want the part # AKHD-655-6-K. Are you in need of brake assemblies too?
