Question:
Sorry it has been awhile since I have gotten back to you. Regarding the information you requested, the brake flange pattern is the 5 bolt pattern. Do you need a picture or is there only one pattern? The bearing numbers are 15123 and 25580. The bolt pattern is a 6 bolt pattern for the wheels and it is a tandem axle, currently with drums only on the front axle. Does this help you with what I need to replace the entire brake setup? Thank yo

Unfortunately, just the outer bearing is not quite enough to figure out what you need for replacement hubs and bearings. For a trailer with that much weight it sounds like you have a tandem trailer. I recommend replacing the bearings and seals on all of the wheels at the same time, even if you are only replacing the brakes on one axle.
If you remove the inner and outer bearing and can find the numbers, that will really help. Or you can use digital calipers like part # PTW80157 and take some measurements on the spindle as noted in the attached photo.
If you are looking for hubs, drums, and all the brake components let me know what kind of brakes you currently have and what the wheel lug bolt pattern is and I will be glad to make some recommendations that will work for you. You will also need to know the brake flange configuration as those can vary as well.
I have attached links to a couple helpful articles you can check out.
