For a set of self-adjusting brake assemblies that fit your 5,200 lb axles that have 12 x 2 inch drums you'd want the part # AKEBRK-7-SA and you'd be set.

Can you also help me on getting the correct parts for the drums just incase I need to replace any components on the drum assembly?

The etrailer.com Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # AKHD-655-6-K will work for you ALKO T52 axles.

If I change the brakes will I have to change the seals? Please help with correct seals.

If you were to change just the brake assemblies you would not need to replace the seal as it would not get damaged or need to be removed. The hub/drum would slide off as a whole assembly and then the brake assembly plate would be accessed from there to replace it. Then the hub/drum would slide right back on. If you were to also replace the hub/drum like mentioned in previous questions those actually come with replacement seals so if you were to go that route you'd have them already and not need to get them separately.
