Quickly and easily install a 4-way trailer connector on your vehicle with this custom harness. T-One connector plugs directly into OEM tow package harness - no cutting, splicing or tapping required.

Installation
This custom-fit T-One connector plugs into your vehicle's factory tow package wiring harness, which is located beneath the vehicle, near the frame rail on the passenger's side. Once you've plugged in the connectors, insert the included fuses and relays into their locations in the fusebox, which is located in the engine compartment.
Once installation is complete, the 4-way flat connector will be stowed beneath your vehicle, near the trailer hitch. A mounting bracket (sold separately) is recommended to keep the connector secure.
It is recommended that you use a small amount of grease on all electrical connections - the plugs on your automobile and the 4-pole connector itself - to help prevent corrosion.

I as a woman with no mechanical ability was able to install the wiring harness on my 2017 Traverse. Other than accessing the tow outlet behind the wheel on the vehicle everything else was easy peasy. The kit comes with everything including directions. The only thing is the zips ties provided were to short. I felt like a rock star after installing and finding that everything worked. No more old fashioned hand signals when towing the utility trailer.

I ordered a hitch kit, along with the wiring harness for my 2015 Buick Enclave. They arrived in 3 days with free shipping. I watched the installation video on YouTube twice. I but my car rear wheels on a set of ramps and the installation was complete in about 45 minutes. It was super-easy and EXACTLY as the video had shown. Rarely does a company exceed expectations so completely. Ordering was easy. Shipping was fast. The quality of the hitch and wiring harness are great. The videos for both the hitch and the wiring harness installations were very well done and easy to follow. Id be happy to help you with this. This key is a direct replacement key for a SportRack bike rack, roof box, roof rack, and ski or snowboard racks. In order to find the correct key for your application, you will need to get the number off of the front of the locking core.
I'm 72 years old and I did not have any problem putting on the hitch. The wiring was more of a problem. My vehicle required removing the lower plastic part of the fender so I could attach your plug to the vehicle socket. Also the installation of the relays was not obvious. I eventually went to your video and looked for the mark on the top of the relay and used that to decide how to install them. This should be shown more carefully. Also not everyone is going to have lubricant for the connections, you should include a small tube of this or mention it on the order.

This was an extremely easy and fast installation. Simple as locating the factory wiring tow package plug in the rear wheel well on the passenger side, plug in the 118270 and then route and secure the wiring. Probably took all of 10 minutes.

Product is great, no issues. Next year I will be looking for a setup to flat tow something behind a motor home and will come to etrailer first.
Products are great, install was easy. Big brown truck dropped it off, and an hour later I had both the hitch and the light kit installed. Highly recommend etrailer!
