You'll appreciate the solid feel underfoot from a 20 inch wide step when climbing in and out. For best fit, measure doorway width at the widest point beyond the flanges and check threshold height with the trailer on level ground. On uneven sites, consider models with adjustable feet and direct ground contact to keep the steps level and reduce flex and camper shake.
