Hello Steven, thanks for reaching out. That does depend on your wheel but generally the 5 on 4-1/2" wheels like part # AM38NR have a standard 3.19" pilot hole. Same as a standard 5 on 4-1/2" wheel. For a 3.19" center cap I recommend the following:
- Lionshead Trailer Wheel Center Cap w/ Snap-In Plug - 3.19" Pilot - Stainless Steel # LHCS102-SI60C
