Today we're going to be taking a look at the Lionshead center caps for the trailer wheel. Now these caps are designed to improve the appearance of your trailer, and also keep the end of your hubs clean, so they're easier to maintain. Now, these are designed in three different sizes. These small one is LHCS102, that's going to be for the pilot hole, or the rim opening hole of 3.19 inches. The middle size, LHCS108, that works for the 4-1/4 inch pilot hole rims. And then for the larger size, we're going to have part number LHCS109, this is for the 4.88 up to 4.9 inch pilot holes. Now for the small center cap to fit inside, all of them are going to use the same size.
That part number is LHSI60C. Now, each of our center caps are designed to slide into the respective rim size, with a small flange around the back side that keeps it from passing through. Now, there are also four little raised edges here, as we tighten our rim down, those get compressed slightly, and that will keep this from moving around, rattling around, or rotating. You'll see, without the center cap installed, still going to give us a nice, clean look, and easy access into our easy lube hubs, or even barring buddies. The center cap is just going to be a pressure fit. There's a small notch in it, that you'll want to orient so you can find it.
Pop that on. It's going to give us a more clean look, kind of finishes that up. It's going to keep dirt and debris and stuff like that from getting in our cap. But then, just with a small, flat blade screw driver, we go to that little notch, you can see we can pop them off fairly easily there to gain access. Now, the center cap itself, and the cover are available as a kit, if you want to get them at the same time. You'll just use the part number for the cap size you need, which will be LHCS102, 108, or 109.
Then you'll put a dash behind that, and add SI60C, that will give you the cap and cover that will work for your rim. Then, not only is that stainless steel finish going to give us a nice look, but this is also a very corrosion resistant material, so we shouldn't have to worry about any corrosion. And we'll be able to clean them up nicely each time. And that will complete our look at the Lionshead line of center caps. Available with cover.

I live at the beach, and the salt air can ruin things quickly. These wheel center caps look as good as the day I purchased them.
These are great, my trailer came with easy lube axles, and closed caps that were chrome. So I had to pull the wheels to grease them and the chrome caps were already pitted and rusting. Both problems solved.

Our parts still work great and worry free.
Center Caps came loosely packaged, they did have very thin plastic bags on, but there were a couple imperfections I believe from moving around in the box. Could have been more securely packaged.
We have no issues with the bike hitch we purchased from you.
We have it mounted on back of our 5th wheel
RV and bikes are very stable on this hitch

Not happy with the snap in plug material. I believe Metal would be more suitable than the plastic.

The center cap appears to be a good quality piece. The plug is a plated plastic fits tightly but I wonder how it will hold up to continued use. It likely won't be an issue for me because I typically remove the wheel when I need access to the bearing hub.
Exactly what I needed to replace my damaged wheel hub cover.

My original chrome wheels and caps rusted out over the years. The rest of our RV looked brand new until you spotted the wheels and center caps. I ordered these stainless steel center caps and aluminum wheels to ensure I never have to deal with rust again. The center caps pair nicely with our new aluminum wheels that we also bought from etrailer.

Clean look to compliment my new wheels. Havent tried to un snap the plactic center yet, but will find out mid summer.

Plastic center pops out easy when greasing your dexter axles. Very glad I purchased them when I bought new wheels through etrailer

One of the tabs broke during shipping but is still holding on and looking great
The Lionhead wheel cap is well made of stainless steel. It fit well in the wheel pilot hole when mated with the wheel.

Pretty simple not much to go wrong.
Ordered a Trailer Wheel Center Cap and snap in center plug for the spare tire/wheel on my Aluma trailer based only on the depictions and video on etrailer.com. I am totally satisfied with what I received. Product was well packaged and delivered 2 days earlier than I expected.
These wheels(rims) were exactly what we we were looking for and we think this is a significant upgrade to our 2008 Jayco JayFlight G2 travel trailer over the original, somewhat worn old wagon wheel style rims that came with the trailer. The service from etrailer is just as important to this review as the wheels however.
We had a problem with one of the HiRun tires installed 5 yrs ago while we were on the road from North Carolina to Delaware. Upon closer inspection, and not being able to find DOT Codes, we decided to purchase new american made tires while on the road.
After sourcing the tires here near the beach in Delaware, I called etrailer and wound Talking to Tommy C. On Monday morning I ordered the four rims 4 center caps and 24 Lug nuts, and on WED.(!!!Missouri to Delaware in less than 48hours) they were at the tire dealers and ready to have the tires mounted on them. Friday on our way to the next stop we stop by the tire dealer, get the closest thing to a Pit-stop off with the old - on with the new, and up the road. Excellent Products with Outstanding Service!!!!
This was packed unprotected from the weight of the wheel also purchased. It was delivered all bent and had to be formed back into shape. More care should be taken when shipping products together.
