Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at the replacement center cap for the Taskmaster Viking aluminum trailer wheels for a quantity of one cap. Now, this part here will replace the center cap on your Taskmaster Viking series aluminum wheels. It is designed to fit on five lug, 15 inch wheels, that have a 3.19 inch pilot diameter. And that's important, because when you install this cap on your wheel, it'll slide through the back of the wheel through that center pilot hole and hold it into place, so it does need to be the diameter of that pilot hole. This will cover the hub on your trailer RV, gives you a nice sleek finish look to your tire and wheel assembly.
And the top on this is a removable top, provides easy access for hub maintenance on your EZ Lube axles. And just to demonstrate that, what I'd recommend is you just take a flat tip screwdriver, and you'll notice there's a little notch. If you go around the seam here, you'll come to this opening and what you'll do is just put your flat tip in there and then just twist it and it starts to bring it apart. What I would do is go further down and just twist it a little more and just keep going until you can get the whole thing to pop right off. So, this would be on your wheel, goes from behind, so it's already on your wheel.
Just pop off that top here and then it gives you access to that EZ Lube to lube your axles. And then when you're done, you just put that right back on, (hand banging) pop it into place and it's secured onto the cap. It is a durable metal and the top is the plastic construction, has nice chrome plating over all the pieces. It is for a quantity of one center cap. And the last thing I'm gonna do is give you some measurements.
We mentioned the diameter it fits in, 3.19 inches that way, and your height, bottom to the very top, 3 3/4 inches tall. But that should do it for the review on this replacement center cap for the Taskmaster Viking aluminum trailer wheels.
