Today we're going to review part number AM90086. This is the Americana Baby Moon trailer wheel center cap. It's made of a chrome-plated steel. This Baby Moon style center cap will give your trailer wheel a unique retro appearance. It has a nice chrome plating, gives a nice tough of class and style to it. It's a sturdy steel construction, which will provide durability, and it's a simple snap-on installation.
I'm going to show you in a minute how this installs. Now this is for a quantity of 1 hubcap, and the application for this cap is it'll fit wheel size 13" diameter, 14" diameter, and 15" diameters, but it does have to be the 5-lug bolt pattern, and the conventional style trailer wheel. I'm going to show you that wheel in a minute here. I just want to give you a few dimensions first. Overall diameter, outside diameter, is 9-5/8".
The inside diameter, which is the more critical measurement, is 9-1/4". So now I'm going to show you, I happened to pull a 13" 5-lug conventional steel wheel, you can see. The conventional design is the one that looks like a passenger car wheel. It has the ring on here with the nubs, and the nubs on that wheel is what will hold that Baby Moon hubcap on. So if you'll notice, what you want to do is just, there's 3 hubs on this wheel. So you just set it over two of them, and then the top one you can see it's above it.
All you have to do is just apply pressure right there. When you do that you can hear it'll pop and snap right into place, and it gives you a nice, retro-looking wheel, nice clean appearance. Then to remove it, it's a little tricky. You don't want to damage your hubcap. A nice thing that works is a lot of places you'll see have a hubcap puller. It has a little hook on it.
That's perfect because it'll go right up under this, and you can just pop it off. In this case, what I'm going to use is put a little rag on there to protect the wheel and the hubcap, and then just put the claw of a hammer on there. Basically if you just pull up on that, you can see once you do that it'll pop the hubcap right off and there's no damage. Just make sure to use a rag or material to protect it for the wheel and the hubcap. So very simple installation. But that should do it for the review of part number A90086, the Americana Baby Moon trailer wheel center cap in the chrome-plated steel. .

Awesome, they popped right on. They were an exact fit and I think it looks great. I was worried that they might fit loosely after all the comments from other Vintage owners. I tried to pull them off by hand, didn't budge. I will have to use a tool to remove them.

I have a 2019 Gulfstream Vintage Cruiser 19 RBS. It came with the vintage look Kenda white wall tires on 14 in rims (also by Kenda) These fit perfectly! In fact, they are the factory replacement! The originals on my trailer had no identifying marks on them, except for a sicker on the inside, 16700 Made in Taiwan. Well guess what these have? And, they are made by Kenda! So Vintage Cruiser fans, this is your part!
Bought these for my vintage trailer rebuild. The chrome is excellent and shipping to Canada (Alberta) was great. Ordered Sept 23rd, arrived at my door Oct 4th. It came undamaged and was packed well. Shipping was extremely reasonable.....tracking was a little worrying cause it showed it was still in Illinois yesterday. This is not an etrailer issue. Great prices, thank you

It matches the one I have on the Vintage Cruiser by Gulf Stream, so it should be a perfect fit.
I would have given 5 stars however, shipping needs to improve, by using Fed Ex or UPS vs USPS.
USPS was the shipper, they seemed to lose track of where to deliver to so it took a couple extra days to arrive.
The package arrived to our city, yet USPS shipped it out to another city over 2 hrs away.
First and foremost Nick was a great help in finding the right fit I have not tried to put hub cap on yet but I’m sure they are the right ones. I am very pleased especially with the help and patience Nick had with me!!!
Great product, was much better quality than other supplier. Had trouble finding the correct size but these fit well. These were for a camper so they take a bit of abuse. A bit of wax and they shine like new.

We used a conditioning protective product that was recommended on your website,but the hubcaps are now rusty.
They arrived on time. I received exactly what i paid for. They fit our Gulf Stream Coach Vintage ERD19 wheels as well or better that original baby moon hub caps. I installed them a few minutes ago and am pleased to have the dented rusty ones replaced. See photos.
I am pleased with the abundance of FAQs that helped me make an informed choice.

They are still in great shape. Our trailer is exposed only on one side I see no corrosion on the chrome. Our trailer is significantly protected, but we live 5 miles east of Mobile Bay and about 20 miles north of the Gulf of Mexico and we experience very humid weather and an almost perfect environment for corrosion.
Honestly, I am only buying these to replace the exact purchase two years ago - pleasing my wife so that she doesn't have rusty, pitted hubcaps on her trailer. If I could find affordable chromed stainless steel baby moons that fit my wheels I would buy them instead of these. For now I will just replace these when they look like the ones I am replacing. Photos are of the OLD ones I'm replacing.. which is the exact same ones I am reviewing today. I will also include a picture of the NEW hubcaps.

Baby moon fits easy and stay on well.
I bought these to replace the rusty baby moons that came with our Vintage Cruiser and immediately set out across country. We went from Arizona to North Carolina then realized we lost one. By the time we were back in Arizona the other was gone. Not sure if I will try them again.
These are great hubcaps and fit exactly as described. They have a very nice shine to them and they really make my retro trailer look apart.

So after a years use these hubcaps are outstanding. They have held up great and haven’t rusted at all. They have held their shine very nicely. Perfect replacement moon for my Vintage Cruiser after losing one to an impatient tire repair shop. These actually have a “twist on/ off” hub nub lock that makes removal effortless and easy on chrome. I wax them a lot to avoid road chemical pitting… love these and the perfect retro look.
