High-carbon steel gears are strong and long-lasting, and stamped carbon steel frames ensure rigidity for gear alignment and a long cycle life. Strap not included.
This winch features solid drum-gear construction, meaning the drum and the gear are made as 1 single piece. Unlike other winches that have a riveted drum and gear with space in between, this winch's solid construction provides no spaces that water or debris can get into. Since water can't get in, the risk of corrosion in between the drum and gear is eliminated, ensuring many years of worry-free operation.
