Need to replace the current trailer which on the boat trailer not longer locking properly. The current winch is a Fulton 1500 lb Capacity. I do not have the part number but I could send you some photos of the current winch.

Since you currently have a 1500 lb capacity winch, I'd recommend staying with that capacity, as long as it's working well for you.
Since you're using the winch to pull a boat up on a trailer, I'd recommend using a winch with a strap, rather than a steel cable which can corrode over time. You probably don't need a two speed winch or a brake winch because you're not hoisting anything up in the air. I'd go with the Fulton Single Speed 1500 lb capacity winch, part # F142201. This winch is compatible with both rope or a strap, the strap isn't included, and would be available separately as part # IMF05848.
If you'd rather go with a winch that's identical to the one you have, you could certainly send a photo. Just reply to this email and attach the photo.
