Which Direction Does Fulton Winch Handle Crank

Question:
Hi, I am assuming that a strap would wind over the top of the drum in this model as you crank a boat in, is that right? In other words, you would be cranking the handle back, over the top and toward you when cranking a boat in. Thanks! :

If you were looking at the profile of the Fulton winch part # F142201 on the side that has the winch handle it would be cranking in the direction of clockwise when winching in.
