I only needed a spring and found out they were back ordered. Greg helped me find the correct repair kit and sent it out right away. It had a few extra parts but I was able to get my T1801 Winch fixed and not have to wait for a back order. Great and friendly service. A real nice touch these days.
Product was back ordered for 3 months. etrailer did a great job of keeping me updated and apologizing for the delay. Only 3 Stars because the parts kit was listed as the correct parts kit for the Fulton 2 Speed winch that I have but this parts kit was NOT an exact replacement. I made it work with some DIY fab work...but it wasn't ideal or what I was really needing. It kept the winch working...for now.
Product never really worked properly and I ended up replacing the entire winch. It is possible it was user error when I installed it, but I’m pretty handy and followed instructions. Ratchet never worked properly after putting kit in.
Upgraded/fixed my T2605 winch that had a flexible steel plate that functioned as a spring to actuate the winch direction. The steel plate bent over years of use and this was a great drop in replacement. Came with all the parts and directions needed to assemble, just make sure to orient things right and pay close attention to spacing.
I have an old winch that was mounted on an old tilt-bed trailer I just purchased. The winch is used mainly to pull the bed back down after loading. The winch was in horrible shape: someone had severely bent the cross-bolt/bushing and bent the sides in, bent the shift lever - it was a mess. I replaced the cross blot (red arrow) with a 5/16 x 6 1/2 carriage bolt and a piece of steel tubing that I had on the shelf. I Straightened out the sides and the shift lever and replaced the ratchet mechanism. The original spring was a leaf-type spring that was bent and cracked. This new coil spring fits perfectly and works great. The winch operates like new again.

Excellent kit for fixing a critical part of the winch. Everything is here for an exact replacement, except for the stamped sheet metal "cam follower" piece.
I received my fast. but the problem I have is the spring does not fit. I must not have the right winch. Can I send it back?

The parts were the right ones, but only needed the lever and spring didn't need the other parts that we included in the rebuild kit,a little disappointed for the price I paid. It's fixed for [$] ,better than buying a new one!
