Dometic 300 series toilet leaked on our first day of our week long camping trip. I googled RV dealers near campground. Ventured out and parts rep told me Dometic was bought out by Lippert and now they sell the complete assembly. Price was very reasonable. And now I know why it was so cheap. Replaced valve and the leak continued. Jumped on line and used etrailer website which I had used in the past with good luck. Dometic part was available at a competitive price. Delivery was quick and awaited me when I returned home from camping. Installed the new water valve and it worked great with NO LEAKS!
Wrong part for my RV toilet. Needed one for Thetford and got one for Dometic
Easy phone order and quick delivery. Etrailer comes thru again. Less than 10 minutes to remove defective valve and install new one.

Part was perfect. Delivery on time
I think this item was defective we replaced it but had to order again because it didn’t fit properly and the water never would shut off. Just kept running. It also didn’t come with the same screws as factory. Pretty sure I returned this.

This product is great. After a year no leaks, no smell. This seal is working just as it should.
Exactly what was needed. Fit and worked as expected, and well.
Got to me when they said and unbroken.
Easy to install and stopped our leak.
etrailer Had the correct replacement for my camper toilet, and I was able to replace the faulty one. If I have needs for the camper, I will be asking etrailer first. Thank you Dennis
