Had all of the right parts and pieces for me to install this for my 2019 Acura RDX. The hardest part was having to run the 12V power wire from the battery. Everything else was a breeze.
I had excellent product support while ordering the wiring harness. Roger was able to answer all of my questions. It arrived ahead of schedule and it is the part that I needed.
Harness was easy to install with the etrailer instructions. Harness has been working great for the past year.

Time consuming to take apart the entire rear interior of the 2020 Acura RDX ASPEC and running the 12VDC wire to the Battery.
Very inexpensive compared to the Acura OEM offering.

I first purchased another model (118800) that did not work. It was not clear which PN to buy. This one needs the +12VDC wire to the RDX battery to make it work.

Still working great.
The hitch and wiring kit arrived in excellent condition. Installation was very straightforward, and fit my RDX perfectly!
Installation straight forward once confirming which kit was req'd for my Acura
After reviewing this item on from two different vendors, etrailer.com had a more comprehensive explanation, photos and video of what would be in the kit and there were parts (fuse, connector cover) that came with this kit that I could not get confirmation elsewhere. It was simply more complete. I paid to have this installed by another party and it seemed to be a quick install. Very happy with this purchase.
Great site with good information. The video was helpful and specific to my make/model of vehicle. Their product is high quality and the kit is very complete, down to connectors and fasteners. Price is very competitive.
Looks good and has everything I need to install wiring harness.
Outstanding quality. Installed on Acura RDX A-Spec. Only problem was removing the four tie downs. They are held by Philips screws that were incredibly tight. Had to drill one out after stripping off head. Used air impact gun to remove others.

This wiring harness has worked great for well over a year. It was relatively easy to install, using the provided videos. It has been well worth the investment.
