Yes, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C95CR will fit your 2020 Acura RDX that has the factory temporary spare tire.

You will want to install one of 2 wiring harnesses for your RDX. You will first need to remove your drivers side rear trim panel to determine which kit you will need. There is a empty 8-pin connector on your wiring harness(see picture).

If the connector has 2 red wires you will need the Tekonsha Wiring Harness # 118800

If there is only 1 red wire you will need Tekonsha Wiring Harness # 118804

You can run the connector outside of the vehicle and attach to your Curt hitch with Mounting Brackets # 18144 and # 18140. This may require modification to the wiring to get outside the vehicle.
