Recommended Trailer Hitch Receiver and 4-Way Wiring Harness For Towing Trailer With a 2021 Acura RDX

Which receiver do you recommend for my 2021 Acura RDX? I need to pull a small utility trailer.

For your 2021 Acura RDX I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C95CR. This is a class III 2" receiver that will allow you to have more options for your hitch mounted accessories such as bike racks and cargo carriers. The receiver attaches to factory weld nuts that you already have in your frame.

The Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118800 will allow you to connect to the factory wiring on models with the with plus 12-volt Power Provision. If you do not have the 12-volt provision you will want the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118804. To determine which one you need if you are unsure if you have the 12-volt provision you will need to access the 8 pin towing connector that is located behind the drivers side panel in your cargo area. You can refer to the copy of the installation instructions that I have linked below to locate the connector. If your connector has 2 red wires than it has the 12-volt provision. If there is only one on the connector you do not have the provision.
