Yes, the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Matte Black Finish - Class III - 2" # e72AR is a great fir for your 2022 Acura RDX. Not only is it a great fit, but our etrailer hitches come in a matte black powder coat finish which I think gives it that OEM look. This hitch can handle a tongue weight of 350 pound, and a towing capacity of 3,500 pounds, and will give you a 2" receiver.

If you plan on towing a light trailer or using any hitch mounted accessories with lights, then for the wiring you will want the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118800, and for a nice clean install make sure you grab a Mounting Bracket 4-Pole Flat # 18144.
