the 48 inch tow chain that you sent me is less than 48 inches and Im not able to use that so I need to get a different Chain to fit my needs please contact me ASAP via email or text message as Im not able to answer my phone all the time unless its after normal work hours Im also off on Thursdays and Sundays thank you.. I would also like to talk to you about the issue of your pictures being different than your actual product again thank you for your prompt attention in this matter..

Thank you for your recent purchase from etrailer.
The Curt Safety Chain with S-Hooks # C80031 that you purchased has an overall length of 48-inches (including the two hooks) and an actual chain length of 40-inches as noted on the product page. Since I do not know how much additional length you require I suggest you take a look at TowReady # TR63035 which has an overall length of 72-inches. Or if you need only another inch or two you could add on Curt S-Hook with Wire Keeper # C81820 or Blue Ox Quick Link # BX229-0512.
