The Spring I purchased broke after 6 mo nths,
It was the right size and weight capacity, easy to install. So far no problems
Not happy at all. I had to use old part to make the installation complete. Extremely poor packaging caused the broken part.
The spring was great but the cables were too short.
It was what ordered, had all parts that was needed & arrive in a reasonable time.
Got package which was opened ,,, Missing the main brackets and need 8 ft assist ramp helper

This product worked great! I just got installed last night on a ramp door that I built for a shed. No problem and everything functions well. No problem winding it just watch a couple videos first and be very very careful
Exactly as described. I was concerned because processing of order took so long according to the order tracking but it did arrive on time as promised and installed fairly easily.

The installation instructions wasn't very detailed. The front and back of the instruction sheet were for double springs and I had ordered single spring. Figured it out and it works great.
Took less than 4 hours to fit and install. I added a ramp to a double door cargo trailer was a strain to close until I added this spring now can close with ease. Perfect for my now motorcycle trailer
Is a great replacement part for on of our enclosed trailer. Had it a year now and no issues. Thanks etrailer!!

After a year, or more, still works great and no sings of wear. Excellent product and again at a competitive price.
Excellent service. My original order had some damaged parts. I inquired about a replacement and they sent out the damaged parts right away. Excellent service and follow up. Great products with great expertise. Very easy to replace a damaged trailer door spring. Bolt on and go.
I bought this to retrofit an enclosed trailer that was originally built with exterior springs.
This is a major improvement over the other style and money well spent. Everything went smoothly according to the instructions. I was good at 38.
My door is now a "one hand wonder".

All is good. I havent used it much, but when I do I like it.
It would not fit my type of trailer , I tried to explain this prior to ordering but no one would listen.
Mr Doug Wait the owner of the company got involved after I couldn’t make it work, he was awesome and very straight forward , about the installation. I would never hesitate to buy
His products if they were adaptable to my install!
Great spring for my 4 ft door on a small mc trlr! It arrived w a damaged roller n you quickly sent a replacement! I had a friend who installs garage doors to install it for me and it works perfectly! Thank you! The door was getting a little too heavy for me to safely lift.

Because it's taking 3 times to get my order things where missing the first shipment then the second shipment didn't have all of it now the other thing is on back order not pleased with this company
When the part arrived we noticed that one of the parts was broken. My wife looked at our ring camera and noticed the delivery driver threw the box on our porch carelessly.
I installed the spring kit this PM. Works great! I extended one bracket to make it work (welded a flat on the mount side). I set the spring at 8 turns and backed it off 1/2 turn to get the assist I wanted. Easy peasy!
