I ordered the 4" round PVC Grommets for Recessed Trailer Tail Lights and the 3 Prong Pigtails for the Optronics Trailer Lights. They were exactly like the product picture. I have not done it yet so I cannot send pictures, but I intend to install them as interior lights in my 36 foot ground load stock trailer. I received my order 3 days which was much quicker than I expected. I will definitely order from etrailer.com again. Very pleased with product and service.

Bought these LED Stop/Tail lights for my new dump trailer. The factory stop/tails are mounted very low, and any car directly behind me blocks my lights from the 2nd or 3rd car behind me. So I mounted these new ones up as high as I could to let people know I am stopping or turning. I also mounted a side marker light so I could see where the trailer was while backing up at night. The factory marker lights are so low I can’t see them in my mirrors because they are blocked by the step on the drivers side and the spare tire on the passenger side. I am a retired 18 wheeler driver of 47 years.

Numbers on trailer light lenses usually refer to DOT codes, not the light manufacturer's actual part number for the item. The light part number is usually on the light's base, which typically is less likely than the lens to be damaged or to pop off while you're going down the road. Recommended Grommet for Optronics 4 Inch Round LED Light # STL55RB
Both the Rubber Grommet # A45GB and the Notched Rubber Grommet # A45GNB that you referenced will fit and work well with the Optronics 4" Round LED Light # STL55RB. The only difference between the two grommets, as you mentioned, is the notched cut out in the lower portion of the unit. This is not necessary for wiring or fitment, but it will allow for a bit of an easier install.

Difference Between Grommets # A45GB and # A45GNB
The difference is that the grommet part # A45GNB has a notch cut in the lower portion that seals to the mounting hole. This allows the grommet to install a bit easier than the part # A45GB.
