You can replace your old trailer door spring with this heavy-duty, conventional ramp door spring. Application for this part is the eight-foot wide trailers. Now this ramp door spring lets you easily lift and lower the door on your enclosed trailer without the risk of injury because it'll help take on the weight of your trailer door so that you don't have to. The spring will reduce the wear, it helps prevent damage to your door hinges.
And the cable drums which are on each end of this spring. These are marked right hand and left hand, and the right-hand side when you install it should be on the curbside of the trailer. The left-hand one mark should be on the or the driver's side.This is a high sturdy steel construction. It is made in the USA. And then whatever width you decided on, you can cut off the remainder with the saw.
