The waterproof construction of this light makes it ideal for use on trailers that may be submerged, like a boat trailer. The housing and lens are sonically sealed together to create a single unit, which means that water will not get into the light and damage the diodes or circuit board.
Surface-mount trailer lights install using a flange or bracket with mounting holes. These lights lay flat against the trailer surface and only require a small, often pre-existing hole, for wiring. Mounting hardware is used to secure the light to the trailer.

I built an off road high clearance rear bumper with tire carrier swing out for my Tacoma. The lights were added to the rear bumper for added safety. The reverse lights work well, and add much needed additional lighting while reversing. I am pleased with the lights, they are high quality, and the lenses are still clear after being exposed to the elements for about a year. I have no problem recommending them or etrailer to anyone.

I recently ordered lights to replace the original lights on my neighbor’s 20 year old DewEze Jay Bed and I couldn’t be happier with the entire process!
Everything arrived quickly and in perfect shape with plenty of cushioning to prevent damage.
The combination tail lights are simply perfect for the application and the reverse lights are BRIGHT!
I actually prefer these surface mounted tail lights over the gasketed style that is currently on my flatbed trailer.
In the future I will be ordering several sets of these to replace the lights on the trailer and for a flatbed that will be going on my own truck, I’m planning on using two sets in the truck’s flatbed with one set on the headache rack using the reverse lights as bed lights, I shouldn’t have any problems seeing stuff on the bed at night.
I've bought a trailer hitch and brake,turn signal,taillight and backup light combination flush mount from u guys the trailer hitch mounted perfectly on my ford pickup i put a wooden bed on my pickup and needed some lights for it so i got these lights and super happy with the way they look on my wooden bed installed easily they are nice and bright would recommend your products to other people
5 th. set of lights our Fire Department have purchased, we are very happy with them.
Easy to wire up and to mount, They are very bright and the surface is a Big Plus.
Would recommend these lights to everyone out.

We are extremely hapy with the lights, we have had other Fire Departments look at them and have purchased them from E Trailer.
Working on a project truck needing a low profile taillights. Come across ETRAILER.COM and found just what I needed. Ordering online was easy and was very impressed on how fast I received them. Installation was made easy. 4 screws along the edge of the one piece sealed unit. 4 wire pigtail made wiring easy. Adding the finished trim to cover the screws gave it the look it needed. Luckly for me Cougar used this exact model of brake light on my trailer. I was able to order and install a second set of brake lights to give greater visibility when stopping on busy roads.

Great LED product. Wires were no problem to hook up, 10 times brighter than 1157 bulbs uses way less power also. Could not find this flush mount tail-run -turn /w-back-up, anywhere else as reasonable priced as etrailer.com has.

Flawless and bright. Bought a second pair for my older truck camper. What a smart move. Great product, great company. Also, I asked dodge dealer about beefing up payload for truck, and he suggested etrailer. Super fast , RELIABLE, delivery. I love etrailer.

Love these. I find it VERY good to have reverse lights on our rather large bike rack. Really - if it relevant to have reverse lamps on a vehicle why not on a trailer??? It is only one extra wire - never understood why it is not standard practice.
The trim piece is great covers the screws and gives it a great finished look.
There are some extra pads on the PCB that these are made on - one day curiosity will get me to experiment with those extra connections and see what they might add. :)
These lights are great! i wired them to my dirt bike hitch hauler and love the super bright back-up lights. Excellent service and fast shipping. You can't go wrong
The STL68RB combo. light looks to be a great product. I'm still building the trailer and haven't installed them but I did connect them to a battery and the are very bright. Even though they are flush mount, I think a thin gasket between the light and mount surface would be a good Idea. I am very satisfied with these and the rest of the lights in my order.
One year after installation, these lights are still going strong. The visibility of the brake/turn/tail lights is exponentially greater, especially at longer distances on the interstate and in the daytime.
I believe I made the correct decision to purchase this fir my trailer

I have these lights on two boat trailers now and they are by far the best I have ever owned. Having backup lights on a trailer is awesome. I completely rewired the trailer and built custom uprights to keep these out of the water. High viz and great product.

I put those lights on a rear bumper of a truck that I built. I have sense sold that truck, so I do not know of their condition. I will be going to etrailer.com for all my trailer and accessory lighting needs as a first stop, for the rest of my builds/ repairs.
