Terrible packaging, looks like some one kicked it 150 times and then threw it out the truck onto my driveway. Also the reservoir for the hydraulic oil was leaking and I noticed the self tap screw made a hole in the reservoir when they installed the front metal cover. We’ll see if customer service will do anything about it.
the product was delivered in a timely manor but the packaging was horrible. The unit weighed 120 pounds and was in a box way to big and was allowed to move around quite a bit. The box was badly torn up and taped back together but there were no instructions or paperwork with it. As a result of the excessive movement one of the hydraulic lines was damaged and I had to get it made at a local shop.
