A P2-rated light produces a 45-degree angle of light to either side of its centerline for a total of 90 degrees of coverage. This beam pattern can be seen straight on, but it cannot be seen clearly from the side. So this type of light can be used as either a side marker light or a clearance light, but it cannot function as both. If you need both functions, then you must install 2 separate lights on your trailer - one as a front or rear clearance light and one as a side marker light.

Replacing the lousy shin-killing original ones that used to stick out from the sides of the trailer and the flimsy plastic plate mount. Etrailer is the best as usual.

The products I bought form etrailer are superior to what I replaced on my 1988 stock trailer. The clearance lights both red and amber have a good grounding and 12v supply lugs. Solid lugs for positive connections unlike the old two piece units where the ground and positive connection fails between two cheap movable parts.
I'm very happy with the quality and construction of these lights.
I also ordered the 3 diode ID light bar looks good and works good.
On line ordering is fast and easy and delivery was three days to the west coast which is greatly appreciated thank you everyone at etrailer you do a superb job!!

Everything is going good. At times I feel as though the tail lights could be a bit brighter but they do the job and at a great price. Thanks for checking up.
I appreciate the professionalism and integrity of the people at etrailer. In a recent order I placed I was delayed in thoroughly checking the contents of my order. I was still well within the 60 days. When I did look through the box I discovered I had not received an item. I'm thankful the company believed me and sent me the parts I had not received. I recommend etrailer and will shop with them again.
Just a replacement clearance light. The light was easy to install and works great.

does what's on the tin, make sure you put ground on the one a screw goes through or you might have a bad time.
delivery was fast & the running lights I ordered are for my vintage 1971 Lance camper. They are a great match to the originals.
I haven't installed the new exterior lights yet, but I have to say that I'm pleased with the service to date.

Lights still working well, although we dont use the camper a lot. It sits more than it goes.
