I need a replacement lens for my Jayco popup. Command SAE-AP2-91 is what is on the popup. The Bargman SAE-P2 looks like it may fit,but the existing is more oval then rectangle

The SAE number found on the existing lens for your Jayco popup camper refers to the lens/light rating and not to the actual part number.
I recommend measuring the dimensions of the clearance light you have and then try to find the best possible match for a replacement lens. The Bargman Clearance Light Replacement Lens # 34-59-010 referenced in your question is 4 inches in length x 2 inches wide x 5/8 inches in height. For an oval shape with similar dimensions, I recommend looking at the Optronics Replacement Red Lens # A38RB. This is a replacement lens for # MC38RB, which measures 4 inches long, 2-1/16 inches wide and 1-5/16 inches deep.
