a 2019 chev. express need hitch and 7 wire plug. van has a wired tow option. what do i need

Since you have the factory tow package wiring all you'd need for a 7-way is the part # HM40975 which attaches to the round connector you have at the rear of your vehicle and provides both a 7-way and a 4-way plus comes with a mounting bracket.
Then for a hitch the etrailer hitch # e98861 is also a fit for your 2019 Chevy Express van. It's a really great option as it has higher towing capacities, installs very easily, and is priced great too. I attached an install video for this for you to check out as well.
