The measurement from the front of the receiver opening to the center of the hitch pin hole on the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class IV - 2" # e98861 is 2-1/2 inches.
I believe that's the dimension you're looking for to verify compatibility with the swing-away hitch accessory you're considering.
The # e98861 is a confirmed fit for 1996-2027 Chevy Express and GMC Savana vans.
