Hi Mark, welcome back! For a hitch mounted shackle that fits the # e98861 you can use the Trimax Shackle Hitch for 2" Receivers # TMX82ZR. This has holes on all 4 sides so you can use it in the horizontal or vertical position. Then for a lock we have the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 2" Hitch # e98882.

Hi Robin, Thank you for the guidance with the hitch, shackle, mount a locking pin. I'll purchasing in the near future. I travel a lot to the desert and mountains and one, hopefully not I'll be able to tow someone out of the sand or mud
