What are the dimensions of this part? And do you have any low profile one like this for cutaway vans? I found the 3371801102 but from the images it looks pretty tall. Thank you!

The etrailer Hitch item # e98861 measures 40 wide from center hole to center hole, 11-1/4" from front to back, and the top of the receiver sits 1" below where it mounts to the frame. I have linked a diagram below so you can see the measurements.
However, if you are driving a cutaway van the etrailer item # e98861 is most likely not the hitch you need. This hitch is designed for the 2019 GMC Savana passenger or cargo vans only. These are the vans you see repair places using or sometimes carpet installers.
The only hitch that fits the 2019 GMC Cutaway Savana Van's is the Buyers Products 2" Hitch Receiver For GM Express/Savana with Cutaway Chassis item # 3371801102 you referenced. The frame is a couple of inches narrower so the etrailer item # e98861 won't fit these models. I have linked a couple of dimensional diagrams below of the item # 3371801102 hitch.
