Hey Kyle ~ I have this on my 22 Express 3500 extended wheelbase. It fits perfectly and appears to work to specs. Highly recommend.

I had to replace my hitch w this same one. The hitch I replaced was several decades old, and had been on two Chevy 3500 vans. The new hitch fit perfectly. All holes lined up. A few points-use a torque wrench, use a jack to lift and hold hitch in place as you secure it. The original trailer plug was integral to old hitch. Had to get creative w a grinder and some stainless steel hose clamps to attach trailer plug bracket to new hitch. Pretty easy in the scheme of things
