If your 2021 Chevy Traverse has the factory tow package then it can tow up to 5,000lbs according to the online version of the owner's manual (I recommend checking your manual to verify). GM normally offers a more expensive hitch for the factory tow package and it usually does not hold up as long as aftermarket options. It looks like the factory tow package, along with the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e56YR, are rated for up to 5,000lbs towing capacity and the etrailer hitch is rated for 750lbs tongue weight. However, your vehicle is limited to 500lbs tongue weight according to my research. Between these receivers, the Etrailer is what I recommend as it would likely hold up better due to a strong powder coat finish and it is rated for more tongue weight than your vehicle, so you know that you will not be pushing it to its limits and it should last a very long time.

You can install Mounting Bracket 4-Pole Flat # 18144 to attach a 4 way connector. You will also need a trailer connector and ball mount if you plan to tow a trailer. The Draw-Tite Ball Mount - 3/4" Rise, 2" Drop - 10-1/2" Long - 6,000 lbs # 40343 and Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 7-Way Trailer Connector # C56393 would be a great setup for your vehicle.
