Will the bumper hole cutout go back over the hitch once installed?

Yes, you will be able to replace the bumper cover on your 2020 Buick Enclave with the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e56YR installed. We actually had the opportunity to install this hitch on a 2020 Enclave and I'm attaching the video and photos so you can see this for yourself.
While you're installing the hitch I also recommend installing the T-One Wiring Harness # 118761 in the event you need to tow a trailer or use a bike rack that has a light kit, like what we see with the Kuat Piston Pro X # KU98VR. The connector sits right behind the bumper so it will be a pain to access in the future just for this simple wiring. You can secure the 4-Way connector next to your receiver with mounting brackets # 18140 and # 18144.
I've also attached the installation video for the wiring for you to reference.
