I recommend going with the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e56YR for the back of your 2022 Buick Enclave because of the sleek looking matte black finish, and then for the front you'll need a shop to fabricate something for you with a receiver like part # E17 since there aren't any custom options available for your vehicle.
I've attached an installation video of this on a 2021 Enclave for your reference.
