This TowSmart hitch adds the utility you need for towing small trailers, hauling gear, or carrying bikes. With a Class III rating, it’s built strong for everyday use—4,500 lbs maximum gross trailer weight and 675 lbs maximum tongue weight. The 2" x 2" receiver opening works with standard accessories, from cargo baskets and ball mounts to racks and carriers, so you can make the most of your vehicle’s hauling potential.
The hitch is made from fully welded carbon steel for lasting strength and durability. You can feel how solid it is when you lift it—built to handle the load without flex or compromise. The matte black powder coat finish gives it corrosion resistance that stands up to road salt and weather while keeping a clean look under the bumper.
This hitch was designed for easy DIY installation using existing frame points. It bolts directly in place with a complete hardware kit and clear instructions—no welding needed. The receiver sits tucked below the bumper so you still have easy access to your cargo area while keeping a neat, nearly factory appearance once installed.
Because the cross tube sits up close to the frame, only the receiver tube is visible once mounted. That means you get a clean look and plenty of clearance for bike racks or cargo carriers. The design balances strength with a low-profile style that looks right at home on any setup.

Ratings & Reviews
All as stated to be. The installation went smoother than expected. The fish wires (2 supplied, not 4 as noted in the instructions) worked much better than expected. Patience is the key, don't rush it, with the fish wires. They are shaped well, I don't suggest bending them at all. I only needed one after all. I was able to get it done in the driveway with a rolling floor jack to hold the hitch up on one side so I could jockey the other side. Two hours and 15 minutes total. The nuts for the carriage bolts are 11/16, not the mm size stated. Where they call for a 1 1/2" hole for clearance on the heat shield, I used a 1 1/4" as that is all I had, and it worked perfectly. Well made product.
You, together with UPS, do a great job - thank you much!
