I have a 1975 C10 short box Chevy the hitch that I purchased is beautiful I had to drill some holes.. I also had to remove a couple of brackets that were already on my truck I have also since then wired in a 7 pin harness for trailer brake and a trailer brake controller the hits was very simple Ive yet to tow something but like I said before it is super solid it is now a part of my truck Im very pleased.. the price was great the installation was very simple a little time-consuming but it can be achieved.. the best part of the whole thing was that it fit my truck perfectly modifications pretty mild if you have slight mechanical skills.. thank you guys so much again from Curt trailer

What are the measurements and demensions of this hitch? I understand that all of the Chevy GMC 1/2 and 3/4 ton pickup frames are the same between 1967 and 1972. My truck is a 1969 C/10 long bed with the coil spring suspension. Will this hitch bolt up onto my frame without having to modify either the frame or hitch?
