The best trailer hitch option we have for a 1964 Chevrolet C10 Pickup is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C14082 which is designed for models with the standard bumper. It only has a Class IV rating but this gives you a 10,000 lb weight capacity which you really shouldn't be getting anywhere close to due to the constraints of the vehicles pulling capacity.
