Hey Andy, thanks for reaching out. That exhaust lowering bracket is unfortunately not available as an individual replacement part. That Draw-Tite 75896 hitch is also currently unavailable. If you already have one you need to install, if I were you I'd look into having a bracket fabricated for you. Its just a metal plate with 4 holes so it shouldn't be too hard for a shop to make one.

If you haven't already purchased the hitch, I'd recommend going with a different hitch like the Curt # C13200, which fits the 2017 Highlander but doesn't require the lowering bracket.

Do you already have the hitch? What will you be using it for?

When installing the hitch on my 2018 Highlander I had to temporarily lower the tail pipe but never needed a bracket. After securing the hitch I lifted and reattached the tail pipe but never needed an extra part. The entire process was fairly easy with two people working together. All the holes lined up and the bolts needed to screw into existing threads made things easy. The electrical pigtail was very simple a well. Everything plugged into existing connectors with no cutting or splicing of wire.
