This is a very unique hitch, small ball, fat and short shank, and the only 2" ball that fit my heavy duty sway-bar hitch system. A longer shank would have prevented free movement of the sway bars. I would have preferred stainless but the chrome is holding up so far.
Hello, the product I bought from etrailer was a two-inch ball for a 1993 John Deere tractor. I can now use this tractor to tow larger farm carts and our big log splitter. The ball is of excellent quality and works perfectly. It is also made in USA so I know it will outlast me. Well done etrailer!
Inexperience sometimes leads to the selection of the wrong product for the desired job. Such was the case here, not understanding the information needed to select the correct product led to the wrong part for the Goose-neck ball needed for our application. I must say that the quality of the part that was received was outstanding. The machine work, threading, and overall appearance of the product was without a doubt Class A quality. Thank you for helping us get the issue resolved. There was no problem with getting what we ordered, the problem was on our end. Thanks for your assistance in resolving the problems.

50mm ball with 1" shank is kind of hard to find. I'm glad etrailer could provide it. I was hoping that the brand C.R. Brophy Machine Works, Inc. of Clackamas OR and Germantown TN was an indicator that the hitch ball would be Made in USA but unfortunately it is not - it's made in China like everything else.

etrailer is great to get a whole bunch of unusual size parts. I have a European moto trailer that I picked up in Germany while I was stationed there and it takes a 50mm ball. I needed another ball and this was perfect.
I also got a wiring converter for the euro style wiring many years ago and it's still holding up.
A 2" ball is .8mm too large *facepalm*

I needed a 50mm ball, 1 7/8 to small 2" to big...for my car hauler.
Etrailers received the 50mm on Monday, shipped it out the same day and I received it this Thursday morning.

CB-20Z Hitch Ball 2" x 5/8" x 1 5/8"...It was very hard to find a short shank 2" hitch ball with 5/8" threaded end. Lawn mower only had 5/8" hole with no material to enlarge for larger size without severely weakening hitch plate. Thanks etrailer.com for having this CB-20Z Hitch Ball in stock.

Stainless steel hitch balls are the best to use in the Gulf Coast area. Salt water, and the salty air are corrosive on these items. I have been using these stainless steel hitch balls for years now. These are good for under 7500 # trailers.

Did you know most stores dont sell a 2" ball with a 5/8" shank? Well, Etrailer does. I just needed to move my little 5'×8' flat bed trailer around with my mower.
