I like that this LED fixture has a replaceable bulb. I haven't had good luck with the "forever" LED fixtures, they all fail after about a year (overheating?).
Wish this was available in a dark finish.

The fixture is great. The only problem I have is the base is not large enough to cover the previous fixture hole. It needs a plate at the wall to cover the hole.

The Wall Sconce LED Reading Light for RVs part # DG52641VP that you looked at delivers 150 lumens which is a good bright light. It would work out really well being placed over a sink or stove for better lighting when using those area. The compact size also lends itself to being placed in those areas without getting in the way. I also like the ball socket that will allow good adjustment to get it pointing where you want it.

LED Wall Sconce Reading Light # DG52641VP will work great without the need of any other equipment. Just wire it up to the existing 12 volt power wire and ground wire from the old light, mount it, and you'll be good to go!

RV Reading Light with Cool White Temperature
The Diamond Wall Sconce LED Reading Light # DG52641VP that you referenced provides a daylight white glow with a light temperature of 5,500 Kelvin. For something closer to a cool white we have the Gustafson RV Reading Light # 277-000334, which has a color temperature of 3,200 Kelvin. This is a really nice satin nickel color reading light that features 3 LED bulbs and an on/off switch right on the base.

Recommended Wire Gauge for Motorhome and Trailer LED Lighting
The LED Wall Sconce Reading Light - Satin Chrome - 20 Diode # DG52641VP has a power draw of 0.097 amps so it doesn't require a thick gauge wire, but I recommend using 16 gauge # 16-1-1 sold by the foot as that is a standard size for RV wiring whether incandescent or LED.

How to Power Interior Trailer Lights on a Trailer Not Powered by a Tow Vehicle
First, you need to make sure that the lights you will be using are compatible with a 12 volt system because that is what a battery will produce. Since the trailer will not be connected to a tow vehicle for power, you can wire in the lights independently from a trailer connector. What you will need to do is mount the lights and route the wiring to a switch, like # BL0108-00 if you want them to come on at the same time. You will need to make sure to ground the lights to the trailer frame....
