To allow you to us the Rock Tamers you have, I recommend the Gen-Y 2-Ball Mount for 2-1/2" Hitches # 325-GH-064 which has a 9-1/2 inch center to center measurement but has a different shape to allow for the better fit.   Since none of our extenders are a viable option (either too short or not rated high enough for weight), your best option would be to use a ball mount with a long shank. Part # 325-GH-064 is rated for 21,000 lbs, fits a 2-1/2" hitch receiver, and has a total length of 12-1/2". If this can accommodate your truck camper then this is what I recommend using. If that doesn't work then you will want to uninstall your current Titan hitch and swap it out with the TorkLift Trailer Hitch # TLD1101....

This ball mount will use the larger 3/4" hitch pin # 58388 that you mentioned you have, however this ball mount is designed to fit into 3" x 3" trailer hitch receivers.   Hello Walter, thanks for reaching out. A 1-3/4" receiver is definitely not standard. I am not aware of any trailer hitches made in that size. I can tell you that we do not carry any accessories or adapters for a 1-3/4" hitch. I even looked around elsewhere online and found no mention of a 1-3/4" receiver being a thing.
