This roof basket turned out be just what I needed. I ended up making my own roof rack for the top of my A.R.E. truck cap and the Surco Safari Basket dimensions were used to build it.

The Surco Safari Roof Basket has held up as I had hoped. We have two Pelican Storage boxes attached to it as well as our Actiontrax Recovery Boards. We also attached a couple of antennas to it GMRS and WeBoost. It is a great purchase.
