This tire is made for the highway. The Provider ST205/75R14 radial trailer tire handles 1,760 lbs at 50 psi with a Load Range C, so it’s ready for steady towing mile after mile. The radial construction keeps heat down and rolling resistance low, which helps it last longer and stay stable at speeds up to 81 mph. It meets DOT specifications and exceeds FMVSS standards, so it’s built for real-world road use.
You can count on this tire to carry its weight. Inside are double steel belts, double polyester cords, and a nylon overlay that work together to handle heavy loads without flexing too much or wearing unevenly. The 6-ply rating gives you the durability you need when hauling gear or equipment, and the tough sidewalls make it a strong fit for demanding use.
When the road’s slick or you hit a patch of slush, this tread design helps keep your trailer tracking straight. Unlike basic trailer tires that use solid ribs, the Provider’s automotive-grade tread has breaks and fine sipes that channel water out from under the contact patch. That means better traction and less chance of slipping in wet, snowy, or icy conditions.

The rubber compound on this tire is bake-tested—just like automotive tires—to make sure it holds up over time instead of cracking or hardening. Tread depth bars make it easy to see when wear is getting close to the limit. Combined with its balanced radial design and DOT compliance, it’s a tough, long-running tire that’s easy to trust on every trip.
1. Count the lug holes
Look at the wheel hub or the back of the wheel and count how many lug holes there are(also called bolt holes).
Common configurations include: 4-lug, 5-lug, 6-lug and 8 lug
2a. For even lug counts (4-lug, 6-lug, 8-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole directly across to the center of the hole opposite it.
Common configurations: 4 on 4", 6 on 5.5", 8 on 6.5"
2b. For odd lug counts (5-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole to the outer edge of the hole directly across (not center-to-center since there's no directly opposite hole).
Common configurations: 5 on 4.5" (most popular), 5 on 5", 5 on 4.75", 5 on 5.5"

GREAT QUALITY FOR PRICE AND PROMPT SHIPPING.
Tires were delivered earlier than projected and were a good replacement tire.
Mounting went well and they handled well on the road.
Works great for my 19' Jetcraft and single axle trailer
Road ready now
Customer service was incredibly helpful in helping me with this order. Shipping was very quick. The quality and performance of the new tires has been great.
Great tires, they are holding up really well for my landscaping trailer. Good value to for the tire itself.
This is the tires I have on my trailer and I hit a piece of scrap metal that cut the tire but it did not blow it went down slower and I could stay in control and get off the road.
As always etrailer comes through! Thanks so much for the prompt shipping and you always have what we need!
Our order arrived within the time frame we were quoted We have been very pleased with all of our orders from 3trailer
Excellent service excellent pricing delivery handled professionally.
Excellent, shipping fees and service
Customer service was knowledgeable and friendly. Tires were received quickly and packaged very well. To date, have had no issues with these tires. Would highly recommend etrailer to anyone contemplating trailer tire purchases.
I really like these tires. They ride real good, and my axle on my trailer has slight offset so my tires wear uneven. But these tires ran all last year, and I just rotated them. I should get another year or 2 out of them. I keep them pumped up to 50 lbs like ya'll said, and it works great.
I was not aware the original nylon ply tires on my teardrop camping trailer were speed-rated at only 65 mph. Had a blowout. Did research and bought 3 Radial tires from etrailer.com...2 polyester ply with 2 steel belt ply and speed-rated at 81 mph. Radial Trailer-only tires run cooler than rigid wall tires. I had my local Firestone shop mount and balance all 3 tires (single axle and spare.) Smoothed out the tow a lot. Highly recommend etrailer.com. Ask for Ashley E. Very professional and helpful customer service.
Came boxed and delivered ahead of schedule, thank you.
This was my first time using etrailer and i have to say that y'all are fantastic. starting with Cammi who took my order and the delivery itself it was a smooth process. The rim and tires that i ordered were in excellent condition and I will without hesitation recommend etrailer to anyone interested in these types of products.
I really like these tires. They hold their pressure very well, I have to adjust based on temperature otherwise I don't need to add air often. We've only put around 2000 miles on them thus far, but they look brand new on the tread yet. I use a tire pressure monitor and I notice that they don't seem to have as much of an increase in pressure while driving when compared to the ones I took off, I think this means they run a little cooler.
