Older incandescent lights burn out fast and draw more power than they should. This 3-3/16" x 1-1/16" rectangular LED light fixes that with three white diodes behind an amber lens that shine bright while using only 0.066 amps at 12.8V. The LEDs last up to 50 times longer than filament bulbs and don’t need replacements. That means less downtime and more reliable lighting every time you hook up.
If your trailer ever sees water, this sealed unit keeps the electronics protected. The housing and lens are sonically sealed into a single piece, making it completely waterproof and submersible. Even when launching or hauling through wet conditions, moisture stays out so the LEDs and circuit board keep working like new.
Getting lights installed shouldn’t be complicated. This light surface mounts easily with 2-3/4" center-to-center holes and grounds through the mounting hardware, so there’s just one wire to connect for power. It’s compact too—only about an inch thick—so it fits neatly even where space is tight.
Whether it’s on the road or off, vibration and debris can take their toll on cheap lights. The durable polycarbonate lens and housing on this unit handle bumps and shocks without cracking or fading. Once it’s mounted securely, it’s ready for rough conditions where lesser lights would fail.
A P2 rating gives this light a 90-degree total beam spread—45 degrees to each side of centerline. That focused brightness works perfectly when used as either a clearance light or a side marker light, helping others see your trailer clearly at night or in low visibility without glare or wasted light output.

Product is as described, I like the low wattage usage but I don't like that in order to get the same lumens as incandescent the lens has to be more transparent.

The light is an exact replacement for the previous light. It arrived quickly and in good condition. The brightness is a little better because the previous light got foggy from the sun.

10x better than the Walmart type lights that look similar. These have 3 super bright LEDs you can see in noon daylight. The single LED ones aren't bright enough to see ever.
These are a quality light. Many, many dunks in fresh and salt water. Hold up well.
Didn't hold up to driving into my garage wall, but that's more the walls fault.

Great replacement for the old styly mini marker lights, fits and functions like original with good brightness and best of all no lenses to fall off!

Works just like the factory one I replaced.
I have not installed these yet, tested them on bench. great lighting, but housing is all plastic will rate more at a later date, a 4 for now . fast delivery on all my etrailer parts.
I've ordered a number of these side marker lights for my boat trailer over the years and they last a few years but tend to burn out due to salt water immersion.
Fast shipment, installed in minutes, works like a dream.

NEEDED NEW SIDE MARKERS FOR THE BOAT TRAILER AND THESE WORKED OUT GREAT. NO PROBLEM MOUNTING AND HOOKING INTO THE HARNESS. THEY HAVE WENT IN THE LAKES MANY TIMES AND NO PROBLEM.

Ordered 4 of these for replacement on my 2015 Ranger Trail RT188 boat trailer. The original lights were riveted on, and you have to drill a couple of small pilot holes for these, but they work perfectly, are sealed and waterproof. Much brighter than the original lights.
I love L.E.D. lights, these look great, and put off plenty of light. I would definitely buy them again in the future.

After years of keeping boat trailers legal and tow vehicles towing, the automatic selection when parts are needed is etrailer. This time, I found my clearance lights weren't working. I actually checked other sites, but very often they didn't explicitly state whether their lights were submersible or didn't provide specific mounting measurements. Went to etrailer and after pages and pages of products, I found the specific light size that came on my trailer--no extra holes in the main beam and simple installation with some pop rivets. Just another success story to add to the three tow hitches, three wiring harnesses, multiple tail lights and guide-ones.

Still working flawlessly. In the interim, the controller on one of my vehicle light harnesses died. A small amount of money, another video session, and another e trailer harness and I was up and running. The controller that died was over 5 years old and still had the turn and stop functions operable.

Replaced the old style with new style ...
This side marker light is a replacement to an existing one. It is an exact replacement. The new light is spot on to the one I installed about 4 years ago. Good quality. It see’s salt water continuously.
