Moving away from fragile bulbs makes a big difference in brightness and reliability. This Thinline LED trailer light uses 3 long-lasting white LEDs behind an amber lens for clear visibility with very little power draw—just 0.048 amps at 12.8V. It’s more efficient than incandescent lights and eliminates the hassle of replacing burnt-out bulbs. You get strong, even light that holds up over time without the worry of brittle filaments or dim output.
Moisture and vibration can ruin most lights fast, but not this one. The housing and lens are sonically sealed into a single waterproof unit, making it completely submersible. Whether it’s heavy rain or a boat launch, water can’t get inside to damage the diodes or wiring. You can count on consistent performance without fogging or corrosion inside the lens.
When space is limited, this light’s shape really pays off. At just 4-1/8" long, 1-1/4" tall, and 1-3/16" deep, the Thinline Series sits close to the surface with a clean look that stays out of the way. The black mounting bracket attaches securely using two holes spaced 3" apart on center. That slim footprint works well anywhere you need clearance or side marker lighting without bulky housings sticking out.
Wiring doesn’t get much easier than this. A single power wire runs to your 12V source, while the ground is made through the mounting hardware itself—no separate ground wire needed. The wire lead from the bracket is about 5 inches long for simple routing, and once it’s connected to clean metal, you’re ready to go. That dependable one-wire setup keeps installation quick and tidy.
The P2 rating gives this light a focused 90-degree spread that’s clearly visible from head-on angles. Mounted correctly, it can serve as a clearance or side marker light depending on placement. That means steady illumination right where you need it for your trailer’s outline lighting—bright, efficient, and ready for all kinds of conditions.

wish pig tail on light was a little longer had to use a jumper wire to make connection to trailer wire. Other then that their going to work.

Working as it should happy I found it:
Replaced DZ part # 77-825 with these new led lights on my 1981 Avion camper. Looks and works great! Video of product mounting was very helpful in choosing these lights. One of the best websites I’ve ever come across. Thanks for the help from your team!
I recently replaced my trailer lights with the thinline LED's. I like that they are completely sealed and they're very bright for the size.
Easy install, just 2 #10 x 3/4" bolts. It's self grounding. Well made, bright, and a simple snap in lens if it should burn out or get cracked.
I would suggest cutting the wire off your existing light and splice it to the black wire. The black wire is a bit short if you are trying to splice directly to your main wiring. I know from experience.

These were a great replacement for my old fluorescents on the sides of my boat trailer while I was pulling new wires and replacing rear lights as well. They are plenty bright and easy install.
Again a perfect fit for our Haulmark cargo trailer. These are the OEM equivalent with LED lighting. I installed a white 14 gauge pig-tail wire for extra grounding purposes and they work great. I would buy them again, so thanks again etrailer......
This is a good replacement for my boat trailer markers...didn't even have to drill new holes.

Great price and worked good. Wished could have found the light cheaper without black adapter. Rest of trailer is gray.

Thanks for the review, Phil! I have a solution for you! You can replace the black bracket with the Optronics chrome bracket A67CB, or the gray bracket A66pb. This part would better match your trailer. Hope this helps!

Working great. As stated wish could have found just the light. Black adapter not being utilized.
Folks, I decided to completely revitalize/upgrade my 20 year old bass boat trailer and found that not only could i find all the updated parts i needed, (led lights and urethane bow rollers, etc), at one location, additionally itrailer.com has a video for just about each part, where they share different measurements etc that may not be on the standard part description. These videos provided me with all the information i needed while configuring my retrofit. Additionally, when I placed my order, I received a personal email from the guy who packed my shipment., confirming that all the parts i ordered where in stock and now on the way. I typically never write these type of endorsements, but I felt compelled to write this one. Great service and all the parts I purchased have met my expectations. I'll be back when I need additional trailer parts.
I prefer lights that don't need an additional grounding wire. These have a metal bracket on them so when you mount them with your bolt or screw, it grounds the light. Pretty bright light, zero complaints. However I will say i was surprised they don't come with any bolt/nuts or screws. For me that was no big deal since i have both on hand, ended up using some self tapping pan head screws that were zinc plated. To lazy to get the drill set out.. I cut the tip of the connector off and ended up using a heat shrink crimp connector.
They worked out perfect as a replacement to my old lights. Had to do a little bit of customization to fit them to my trailer but I expected that I would. They look great and give off some nice light. I would for sure buy them again.

After a year of solid use my lights are still looking great on my trailer! Would certainly buy them again and definitely reccomend them to everyone!

Perfect!! Holes lined up exactly as specified which was VERY important for my application. I didn't have to drill any holes and they work exactly as expected.

There was only one power base in the package with two plug in amber lenses. I had to call customer service to get a second power base shipped out.
