This roof vent uses a built-in 120V AC fan rated for 100 cubic feet per minute to pull out hot, stale air and bring in fresh airflow. It runs quietly and keeps air moving even when the doors and windows are shut. The fan draws only 0.77 amps, so it’s efficient while still giving strong ventilation for enclosed spaces.
The vent lid opens with a basic hand-turn crank, no remote or complex mechanism to deal with. The aerodynamic, wedge-shaped dome lifts smoothly and locks in place, giving you control over how much air moves through. When closed, the shape helps shed wind and rain.
The durable polypropylene lid and galvanized steel roof flange hold up to weather, rust, and corrosion. The translucent white cover lets in light without glare, keeping the interior bright during the day. A built-in screen keeps out insects and debris so you don’t have to worry about cleaning up after every breeze.

This vent fits a standard 14-1/4" x 14-1/4" roof opening and includes a Polar White interior garnish that works with roofs 2-1/8" to 3-1/4" thick. That makes replacing an old vent straightforward—just drop it in, wire it to AC power, and seal it down with the installation kit (sold separately).
It’s a simple upgrade from a non-powered vent and keeps the trailer or enclosed space ventilated without sacrificing security. The switch is mounted on the vent for easy on/off control, and the low-profile design rises just 4-1/2" when closed and 10" when open, keeping everything neat and functional on the roofline.

Kelly....Those roof vents are made to blow out not in. But I am no vent expert, but for some reason I am thinking that if you can make the fan fit backwards and should work. I know that I have taken a bathroom exhaust fan in a house and reversed it put it in backwards it worked for what I needed for. Also try searching the internet for RV fans, NOT exhaust fans. Good luck!!!

Hi Robert, It is crazy how hard it is to find a 110 volt fan for a trailer! I noticed this fan has a very small fan in the corner compared to a 12v fan which takes up the entire space. Does this little fan do a good job of pulling out the heat? Thanks!Karissa

Hi Robert,Im replacing my AC unit and would like to have a vent with a fan that blows air INTO our RV. As the old A/C hole has 110v wiring I would like to find a fan that uses 110v so I can use the existing wiring to power. Does the fan you bought from etrailer pull air OUT of RV or does it blow it in? I know that this fan is not reversible so I just need to know what direction it works. Thanks in advance for your assistance.
